If you purchased products from Y.E.S. Skincare directly, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee (from ship date) on all products except discontinued items, no questions asked. We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.
